In an effort to eliminate paper forms and trips to Customer Service Centers, the State
of Virginia required a web application that would enable motor carrier administrators, such
as Penske, to directly access the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) administrative system
to register their vehicles and pay taxes. The solution, WebCAT, saves the DMV and Virginia
taxpayers, significant administration and mailing costs.
WebCritical’s Technology experts worked with the DMV to develop WebCAT, a complete,
secure system that delivers a streamlined process to register vehicles and pay taxes
online. Our Creative Team designed the logo and clean user interface to develop a brand
identity that portrayed a professional, secure and reliable application.
